Basic Facts Boxes

Today in Maths we worked out different Maths problems. Every time we got it right it shows underneath it good but if you get it wrong you have try again until you get the correct answer. I did subtraction and addition. I got a few wrong for addition so I did it again and got the correct answer. My favorite one to do was Addition because thats my favorite one to do and I love adding up numbers. 

All about me

Last week on Friday we made a google drawing. This google drawing was about us. As an example my favorite food is Cookies so I add a picture of cookies. Put before started we had to choose our favorite color as our backround. I chose Gold because it is a warm, light and a shiny color. We also made a avator that looked like us. We also asked Mrs Ferguson how it looks and she may or may not say its good. She also hates the color Yellow.

Hitt

Today we had Hitt. We all worked together and most of us got in the Red. We did push ups, sit ups, high knees and star jumps. My favourite exercise's was sit ups and star jumps because it was really fun and it helped my muscles work out. 

Wheel Words

Today my group Motuihe and Rotorua played a game called Wheel Words. I got 5 right not using any hints. The word I knew straight away, was rain because I could see the words in different spots. We had 10 minutes. I got some help from Nickaela because I was stuck. I was also excited, getting 5 right out of 26. Next time I am going to try and look very hard, to search for more words.

Tech

Today we had our first session of Graphics with Mrs Ferguson. We first started off making a DLO about ourselves. Graphics was really fun because we got to talk about ourselves and what we like. Mrs Ferguson's favourite color is Purple and she hates Yellow. My favourite color is Gold because it is very rich and very beautiful to look at. 

Word finding

Today in Reading my group Motuihe got given different words to place on different pages. Our first page we did was the Index. We searched on the Index page by using the left over words, to put on the page. The final page we did was Spark of Genius. Spark of Genius had a lot of words on the page. I learnt that an illustration is a photo that someone drew.  

Rugby Interschool

On Wednesday we had Rugby inter school's. My team was the development team training with other schools with us. It was really fun and a great experience. At the end we worked together with Glen Brae to vs other teams. Since my team didn't have a full team we combined both teams to play. We played rippa rugby.
