Hitt
Today we had Hitt. We all worked together and most of us got in the Red. We did push ups, sit ups, high knees and star jumps. My favourite exercise's was sit ups and star jumps because it was really fun and it helped my muscles work out.

Monday Hitt
This week we had Hitt. We went in Red and most of us were excited and most of us were tired. We did Push ups, Mountain climbers, Star Jumps and High Knees Sprint. I worked really hard and I was one of the first people to go in the Red.

Thursday Hitt Session
Today we had a hard session of Hitt. We did Star jumps, Tap step, High Knees sprint and Squats. At the end we all went in Red. We were all excited. Our leaders were Affonso, Mataio, Tiava and Lyric. We all did a different speed but we all did good. Our warm up was really fun and helped my legs warm up.

Monday Hitt
Yesterday we had a hard session of Hitt. We started with a few warm ups. The warm ups we did was Waking on the stop, a Fortnight dance and start jumps. The exercise's we did were Mountain Climbers, Tap step, Star Jumps and High Knees Sprint. The hardest workout was High Knees sprint and the easiest thing doing was star jumps.

Monday Hitt
On Monday we had another session of Hitt. We did Tap Step, Star Jumps and Push ups. I was really excited because I finally did 3 happy claps and I was trying to jump but my legs were really sore same as my chest.

Hitt Monday Session
Today Jakie, Nyjla and Georgia came to LS2 to watch the HITT group train. We all worked together and most of us got puffed. The Maori word for get puffed is called Kappa. I got puffed and got sitches which I tried pushing myself to finished it. The hardest one for me was Mountain Climber in a good way because I know now to push myself. The easiest one for me was High Knees because we had to run in the spot which made me push myself a lot.

HIITT Trainning
Today for HIIT group A did HIIT. I got chosen to do HIIT with group A. Before we started we put our heart monitor on and the battery under our shirt. We also had to wear our P.E because we don't wanna get our school uniform sweaty. We did a few exercise to get us up to Red.
