Today was our last session of Hitt. We had tap steps, push ups, star jumps and sit ups. Hitt helped a lot of people including me because in the start people were very puffed but over the past few weeks our fitness has gone up. We had have Hitt twice a week. We have had 15 weeks of doing Hitt. My favorite exercise would be sit ups and high knees because it helps a lot and sit ups is very fun doing with Mele because we work together very well.
