Today we had a hard session of Hitt. We started with some Fortnight warm ups. The Fortnight dances we did were Fresh, Living Large, Ride the pony and Take the L. We all worked hard and some of us went in the Red and some went in the Yellow or Orange. I went in the Red and I was happy because I am going to try and get in the Red everytime we have Hitt.
