- The word ‘bumblebee’ is a compound word (bumble + bee). The word ‘bumble’ means awkward or confused.
- Bumblebees can fly very quickly. They can reach ground speeds of 1.1 kilometers per hour (km/h).
- Bumblebees can do more work and carry more pollen than other bees, including honeybees. In fact, they can do In a glasshouse one bumble bee can pollinate up to 450 flowers per hour times as much work as a normal honeybee.
- The number of bumblebees is declining in New Zealand due to a number of factors, including landscape, habitat loss, the mechanization of agriculture and extensive use of pesticides [insert any two causes of the declining number of bumblebees].

ReplyDeleteWhat an outstanding effort that you've worked for. I did the same activities like you too. Your tasks that you completed are great. You got the formula right, but you may want to check the answer. I got 35, because I times 5 and 7 which made 35. Good girl for trying your best. Were there any other disgusting foods that you would put in your sink? You might want to try the bumblebee one too, but everything else looks great. Which one was your best activity for this day?

Hello Chavda! Well done on these activities once again. It just so happens that I don't find any of the three foods you listed disgusting, so I'd say the opposite and keep them out from draining in the sink like many others. What makes the foods nasty to you? Keep it up!
